Please complete and submit this form if you wish to be considered for a volunteer position at our forthcoming Dr Jennifer Sweeton workshops as well as any future events in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee a position and is an expression of your interest in this position.

Please note:

• start time on each of the two days at a workshop is 7am at the venue, through to around 4:30pm.
• volunteers sit in on around 80% of the teaching program
• you will be expected to assist on both days throughout the workshop supporting the speaker and attendees
